Cancellation Policy
Please alert us ASAP if your appointment is no longer convenient
Where possible please allow 72 hours to cancel or adjust any appointment.
If your appointment is cancelled less than 72 hours in advance you will lose your booking fee, a new one will be required to make any further bookings. Anything less than 48 hours in advance 50% of the remaining amount is required to be paid - anything less than 24 hours notice 100% will be required to be paid. Any no shows will not be able to book in again. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in any future appointments being cancelled and any further appointments will not be able to be booked in.
Booking Policy
A non refundable booking fee is required to secure any appointment. Your appointment is not booked in until the booking fee has been paid and I have confirmed the appointment with you.
The booking fee can be paid via bank transfer or you can bring cash to the salon. The remaining amount is due on the day of the appointment, this can be paid via correct cash amount or card at appointment attendance. If you wish to transfer the remaining amount this must be done prior to your appointment. There will be no transfers allowed once in the salon for your appointment.
Appointment Attendance
Please follow instructions sent to you on the confirmation. Please arrive on time and make up free. We do not have any make up remover in the salon so this may result in your appointment being cancelled if make up is worn. If you are going to be late please text us ASAP, lash lifts, brow appointments and spray tans will not be able to go ahead if you are more than 10 minutes late. For lash extensions you will have the remaining time of the appointment and we will try our best to do as much as possible
Adjusting Appointments
Any adjustments to appointments require at least 48 hours notice. For example if you book a removal and full set and only need a full set you must tell us, if you don't you will be charged for what you have booked in. The same with lash extension styles, they take different timings to do, so if you have booked classic and want hybrid this must be discussed before your appointment and the same with if you have for example booked hybrid lashes and only happen to want classics. If you do not communicate to use you will be charged for what is booked in.
Reschedule Policy
One time reschedule is ok and same booking fee can be used as long as more than 48 hours notice is given. More than once will result in loosing your fee
If you need to reschedule your appointment and it is less than 72 hours prior please refer to the cancellation policy
Lash Extension Infill Policy
Anything over 22 days since your last appointment will be considered a full set
Please come to your appointment make up free with freshly washed lashes.
50% of lash extensions must be remaining for an infill appointment - if this is not the case please alert us ASAP, the sooner the better so we can make adjustments to the appointment, if you arrive at your appointment with less than 50% of lashes remaining and have not contacted us you will be charged the amount of a full set for that slot. If we are able to make adjustments and allow more time this will be at £5 extra per 15 mins. If we are unable to allow additional time your next infill will need to be within 2 weeks, anything over that will be a full set. We will advise you at your appointment if this is the case.

Any requests for appointments out of these hours will be an additional £10
